Frankfurt Riedberg - Sechzig438
In northwest Frankfurt, Swiss Life is constructing new apartments for rent just eight kilometres from the city centre. The two- to four-room apartments ranging in size between 55 and 133 square metres offer the perfect home both for singles and for families. Residents can park their cars conveniently in the underground car park. Lifts enable you to reach all storeys comfortably.
All of the apartments have either their own terrace or a loggia where you can enjoy a little time to yourself in the fresh air. Another plus point is the modern fitted kitchens in the two- and three-room flats.
The genuine natural oak flooring in all rooms and the floor-to-ceiling windows provide perfect home comfort. All apartments are connected to the district heating grid and feature a colour video intercom system, roller shutters, storage facilities for bicycles and prams in a separate room on the ground floor, and apartment roofs planted with greenery. And the youngest residents don’t go forgotten, either: they can run and play to their heart’s content in the district’s own play area.
Buildings A, B and F are expected to be ready for the occupants in November 2016 and in the first quarter of 2017 residents can move into Buildings C, D and E.

Travelling to and from Sechzig438
The site offers very good local public transport connections with bus lines 29 and 251 and the new underground line constructed in 2010. Underground lines U8/U9 Riedberg and U2/U3 Riedwiese/ Niederursel provide an excellent connection to the Frankfurt underground network. The popular Hauptwache plaza right in the city centre is only 30 minutes away and Frankfurt Airport, the gateway to the world, can be reached in 45 minutes. To support personal mobility, the buildings will have underground parking spaces.
The district’s many green areas and its proximity to the Riedberg university campus with a focus on the natural sciences make it a place of diversity and dialogue in a natural living environment. The Sechzig438 project combines living in natural surroundings with proximity to the city.
One major advantage for families is the large number of local daycare centres and different types of schools.
